One Spark

One Spark is a great organization and I witnessed many of their acts of kindness (sparks) first hand when I lived in Wichita, KS.  This particular video appears to have been made on any of dozens of Saturday mornings at the Sedgewick County Museum, otherwise known as “Naked Lady Park” because of the Greek statue there. It is located downtown near the library (a good place to go during the day if your homeless).
Well worth checking out their site (they don’t ask for money) and Facebook page. Their philosophy is basically to do one kindness for someone each day and hope they pass it on. What impressed me even more was that they bring their children along and teach them by example.  They also have a great time doing it!
